Registration is $3,000 per person for the full 3-day event, or $1,500 for a single day session. That said, Jay doesn't want the registration fee to be the reason someone doesn't come. LearningLabs™ are 90-minute hands-on sessions led by proven specialists using real tools, real systems, and real operating frameworks. Each lab covers a specific discipline — pumps, motors, valves, turbine controls, water treatment, and more — taught by the practitioners who do this work every day. Not speakers. Practitioners. There are 16 labs across Tuesday and Wednesday, running in parallel blocks so attendees can choose the sessions most relevant to their work.

TheKnowledgeExpo™ is built for people whose experience, questions, and judgment deserve to be part of the conversation — plant owners, operators, engineers, technical specialists, and industry leaders who have spent their careers understanding how plants work and how to make them work better. Attendance is intentionally limited because the value of the experience depends on the quality of the conversations and the people in the room.

Yes. We have arranged a room block at The New Yorker Hotel for September 14–17. The rate is $389 per room, per night, for single or double occupancy, plus taxes. The hotel is directly across from Penn Station and a short walk from WSP at One Penn Plaza. Each guest is responsible for paying the hotel directly. To secure your room through the block, include your arrival and departure dates when you register.

Yes — One Penn Plaza is a secure building. Every attendee must be included on the building security list in advance. When you register, please provide your full name, title, and company so we can add you to the list before the event.

Absolutely. Registration for additional attendees is $3,000 per person. If you'd like to bring more than one person and the cost is a barrier, reach out — many of our LearningLab™ Partners sponsor additional attendees through the Industry Fellowship program.
